Menu Plan September {week 3}

Last week I had great success (if no photos) freezing the chili.  My chili is very mild and sweet.  The hubs is always saying how mild it is. He is always adding extra chili powder to spice it up.  The chili powder I use is smoked chili powder from Spice Merchants.  It completely makes the dish. 

This week the hubs is on vacation so the plan is really stripped down.  He will be making food this week.  I can't plan for that.  So lots of freezer dinners and ingredients.  

The Plan:

breakfast options {healthy on the go}
  • Waffles 
  • Hard boiled eggs
  • Apple slices
  • Banana slices
lunch options {brown bagable}
  • turkey and cheese sandwiches
  • cucumbers
  • apples
  • peppers
  • tuna salad
  • squished sandwiches
 dinner {super easy}
  • baked pasta - from the freezer - with tossed salad
  • chicken (x2) for the hubs to make something fab
  • birthday dinner out with the hubs
  • chili - from the freezer - with cornbread
  • meatloaf - from the freezer - with potatoes and peas
  • hamburgers with sweet potato oven fries
