Menu Planning - August {week 3}

This week was another bad week of eating out and not following the plan.  It occurs to me that this, like weight loss runs in cycles.  One week is up, the next down, but in the end it all averages out.  Maybe I should look at a monthly grocery budget rather than a weekly one.

No new meals and there will be some carry over from last week (as we ate out instead of eating planned meals)

Dinners
  • Beans and Rice
  • Baked Chicken Legs with Tomato Peach Salad
  • Pizza Night Out
  • Chicken and Pasta with tossed salad
  • Hamburgers with Christmas Salad
  • Stir Fry
  • Chicken Salad
